Privacy Policy

CrashTest is a go-to-market stress-test tool for founders, built by Fairion Labs. This policy explains what we collect, what we do with it, and how you can control it.

What we collect

• Account. You sign in with Google or email. Our authentication provider (Clerk) handles login and stores your name and email. We store only an internal identifier — we never store your email in our own database.
• Your idea and project. The idea you type, who it's for, and your company facts (stage, funding, team size). You can delete it at any time, in one click — we keep no copy. See Your rights for details.
• Optional documents. A PRD, market research, a pitch deck, or notes you choose to upload.
• Optional website. If you mark your product as a prototype or launched and give us a URL, we fetch the rendered page text and take a screenshot.
• Usage. Simple counters (how many simulations you've run) to enforce rate limits.
• Payments. Handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number — we store only a Stripe identifier and whether the payment succeeded.

What we do with it

• Run your analysis: we turn your idea into web searches (via Tavily) and send your idea and context to AI models (hosted by Cloudflare) to produce the recommendation and report.
• Save your project so you can return to it.
• Enforce usage limits and process payment if you buy a report.

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or use it to train our own models.

Your idea and the search queries derived from it are sent to these services only as needed to run the analysis.

Storage and security

• Your data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure.
• Documents and results are private by default — they are not public.
• Each account is isolated: one user cannot see another user's data.
• We keep your data while your account is active.

Your rights

• You can delete your idea at any time, in one click, right from the app. Deleting removes it from our database and file storage — we keep no copy.
• Your idea is not stored in your browser — it is held only in memory during your session (temporarily, to carry it through sign-in) and cleared when you close the tab.
• To delete your account and all its data, or to access or correct your data, email us at contact@fairionlabs.com.

Cookies and local storage

• Authentication cookies are set by Clerk.
• We use your browser's local storage to remember your language and theme preferences. No tracking.
• We do not store your idea in local storage. During sign-in, your idea is held in temporary session storage and cleared when you close the tab.
